- The credits you purchased have not been used
- Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Credits have been partially or fully consumed
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase
- Credits have expired (credits expire 30 days after purchase)
- The account has been terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Suspected abuse, fraud, or exploitation of the refund system
- Free credits provided upon registration
3. How to Request a Refund

- The associated credits will be removed from your account upon refund approval

- If there were technical issues that affected your ability to use the Service
- At our sole discretion, based on the specific circumstances of your case
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Forfeiture of any remaining credits
- Inability to create new accounts or make future purchases
